Email & Text Marketing

Email & text messages — newsletters, special offers, and follow-ups — written and sent to a client's own customer list. The audience comes from the unified client record, and every send, open, click, and opt-out writes back to it. This is a backend service; there is no public UI here.

Endpoints (operator endpoints require the admin secret):

• POST /api/campaigns/generate — Claude drafts a campaign for review
• POST /api/campaigns/send — build audience + send (resumable)
• POST /api/campaigns/schedule — set a send time
• POST /api/cron/run — drain due scheduled campaigns
• POST /api/sms/incoming — Twilio STOP/START/HELP webhook
• GET /api/unsubscribe — CAN-SPAM unsubscribe
